HYTHE 1's vs Lymo 1'S
NEW FOREST INDOOR LEAGUE
Result From 23rd March
Lymo Too Strong
For Hythe 1's
Needing
to win to ensure runners up - Hythe 1's were swept aside by a
strong Lymington side led by their new player / coach Morgan
Rushbrook. Making matters even worse Chalky dropped our friend
Mr.Naylor as well.
Simon
wants to ask Chalky though - if he is available to play for
Lymington 1's this year as they need a genuine allrounder who can
take wickets. Must have been your 0-38 off 2 Chalks that
impressed him.
Lymington
batted first and piled up 139 for 2 off their 12 overs. Simon
Wright was the best of the Hythe bowlers 1-23 off 3.
Hythe
struggled from the off with both openers being run out. Only Kev
James 26* got into double figures. Even Kev though admitted he's
never had to wear a helmet indoors before.
Hythe
finished on 91 for 5 leaving Lymington the winners by 48 runs
