Division 2 Title With Win Over Pylewell Park
A
strong batting display by Hythe 2's earned them a 15 run win over
Pylewell Park and the Division 2 Title.

Tongs topped scored with an unbeaten 40 and with strong support
from Wayne Effeny 30, Gary Howe 30 and Tom Porter 23 Hythe set
Pylewell the tough task of 168 to win.
Apart
from a tremendous effort from Trevor Mapes 84* which included 27
off Wayne's last over, hythe were always in control and Pylewell
fell 15 runs short. A well earned result for Hythe and with it
the Division 2 Title.
