Alex Leigh (Young Blood)

Boss Lady Alex joined the Quins Ladies in September 2006 as a Flanker from the University Of Sussex, since then she has strived to be a valuable member of the senior squad lifting everyone's spirits throughout game play and within the social environment of the Quins. Alex achieved her Level One Coaching Certificate in Dec 2006 and has Assisted in the Development of the Youth Squad Since 2006. She has played an active role within the Youth Academy in taking the position of Youth Co-Coordinator/Development Manager dealing with all aspects of the girls 'Rugby Education'

Nicholas Dexter-Tissington (Silver Fox)

Nick joined the Youth Development Team in 2007 as Coach/Manager to aide in the players enhancement of the game. Previously Coaching Mini/Midi Squads (ages 5-10) at Old Reedonians in Weybridge (Surrey) he has the understanding of the patience required in coaching players of younger abilities. The 'Silver Fox' has been involved with the RFUW Regional Programme and has coached Southern Regional Squads as well as the Middlesex County (U15 girls) and has assisted in the assessments of the Surrey U14 boys within trials throughout the seasons. The 'Fox' in 2006 stayed with the Falcons in Adelaide (AUS) for a season which opened his eyes up to the different styles of Southern Hemisphere Coaching as well as Beach Rugby. Nick has developed his Style of Coaching on understanding needs of players and strides to ensure that every player gets 'something' from training. He always says, 'if they have learnt one thing and we all made it fun, we have done our job'
Scott Hill (Monkey Boy)

Scott has come on board as a consultant to the Development Team the 2008/09 season. With his past experience from FA Coaching he hopes to be able to aide in the fitness development of the Youth Squad. Though not from a rugby background, 'Monkey' has developed his coaching ability through his Football Association Certificates throughout the years and believes that he can hand the girls fitness knowledge that will ensure they will always play at the top of their game. Taken Once to a Harlequins game back in 2006 by the 'Fox' he has had the bug ever since and has developed a better understanding of the game ever since.
