INTERNATIONAL TICKETS.

             ENGLAND v ITALY – 7^TH FEBRUARY 2009 -  ko 15:00 hrs

         ENGLAND v FRANCE – 15^TH MARCH 2009  - ko 15:00 hrs

    ENGLAND v SCOTLAND – 21^ST MARCH 2009  -  ko 15:30 hrs

On Saturday 27^th September 2008 I received the international ticket order forms from the RFU for the above fixtures to be played at Twickenham. The price of a ticket to attend one of these matches has been set at £71, £60, £52 and £41. For the France and Scotland games the RFU have allocated us a set number of tickets, the majority of which are £71. We are allocated 27 tickets for the France game and 29 tickets for the Scotland Game. I now invite club members, i.e. those who have paid their membership subscription due 1^st September 2008 to apply to receive these tickets. If you wish to order tickets through the club I must receive from you, details of the tickets required, the names of the people the tickets are required for and a cheque made out to the East Retford Rugby Union Football Club covering the cost of the tickets. The order must be sent to my home address to arrive no later than the 30^th November 2008. 

Should the number of tickets required by members exceed the RFU allocation then the General Committee approved method of allocation will be followed : Life Members, Vice Presidents and members who have ordered tickets or who have had tickets ordered on their behalf will be allocated a ticket for their personal use. Those persons holding “joint membership” will be eligible to receive only one ticket in accordance with their membership status. If there are tickets available after completion of this process then associate members who have ordered tickets or have had tickets ordered on their behalf will be allocated a ticket for their personal use. If there are tickets available after this process a draw will take place to allocate those tickets amongst the non-members requiring them. If at any stage there are more members than tickets then a draw will take place to allocate tickets amongst those members.

The cost of tickets for the Italy match are £71 (juniors £30.50), £60 (juniors £30), £52 (juniors £26) and £41 (juniors £20.50). Juniors are aged up to and including 15 years old. There is no allocation of tickets by the RFU for this match so I will order the number of tickets required by Members. This is the only match where Junior ticket prices are quoted. We must send the RFU our ticketing requirements to arrive no later than the 24^th of October 2008. If you wish to order tickets through the club I must receive from you, details of the tickets required, the names of the people the tickets are required for and a cheque made out to the East Retford Rugby Union Football Club covering the cost of the tickets. The order must be sent to my home address to arrive no later than the 21^st  October 2008. Any requirements received after the 21^st October 2008 may be returned.

Note : A small number of tickets for the away games may be available. Members interested in applying for these tickets should let me know of their interest by 21^st October 2008.

I acknowledge that any ticket not required by me or the persons for whom I order tickets must be returned to the Club. I also acknowledge that under no circumstances should the tickets be exchanged or resold to any agency or third party.

Tickets returned to the Club may be sold on to other club members to re-imburse the person who originally ordered the tickets.  Twickenham match tickets unable to be resold will be returned to the RFU who may offer a refund in accordance with their current policies.
