Ten of our swimmers competed in the Swim Wales Short Course Disability Championships 2008 held at the Newport International Pool on Saturday 14th of June.
Our squad consisted of:
Patrick Alabaster, Bethan Eke, Jonathan Eke, Nathan Eke, Robert Morgan, Philip Lowman, Megan Jones, Emily Gait, Laurence Perks & Jordan Howe.
The gala allowed our swimmers the chance to compete against some of the swimmers who will be representing Great Britain at the Paralympic Games in Beijing later this summer, such as David Roberts, Graham Edmunds, Matthew Whorwood, Liz Johnson and Gareth Duke to name but a few.
