Airbus still have a chance of beating the drop

Airbus go into the final 11 league games of the season, knowing that their destiny is in their own hands. They currently lie bottom of the table, but are within 2 points of safety. With many of the remaining fixtures against bottom clubs there is every chance. >

The first of the 11 league games remaining is away at Caernarfon on Saturday, 18th of February. This will be a massive game for the Wingmakers, and a win will see them climb out of the relegation zone.

Then next week Airbus have 2 games, 1 against Rhyl and 1 against fellow strugglers Llanelli.

If Airbus can get 2 wins from these next 3 games they will climb out of the bottom 5 and give themselves some breathing space in the relegation battle.

The team must now pull together and try to dig out these much needed results.

The draw away at TNS last week was surely Airbus's most impressive result of any season, and the players must take confidence from this game and take it into the next 11 games. Performances have been improving all the time, and this hopefully this will continue.
