Scotland A have called-up Fife Lions centre Gavin Curran, Ewen Drummond from Stornoway and Adam Nunn (South London) to replace the injured John Macdonald of Edinburgh Eagles and unavailable Pete Shaw (Leicester) and Peebles' Dan Gordon for the opening Parkhouse Recruitment Four Nations Championsip match.
Scotland have eight survivors from last season's squad who finished runners-up to Wales, with many players away with the Students. Curran, Drummond, Ray Baselala, Kieran Eddy, and Nathan Worton have yet to play for their country while Mark Slatter and Craig Fisher are hoping to add to their Student caps.
The three games in Wales will all be at Brewery Field, Bridgend, while the game against the Army is at Gillford Park, Carlisle.
