Assistant manager Dennis Pitt and Commercial Manager Jeff Davies travelled up to Cardiff on Monday evening to attend the hearing regarding the incident where Barry Town made four substitutions in the league match against Village on August 11.
They were joined at the Welsh Institute of Sport at Sophia Gardens by a representative from Barry and the match referee.
After Village's case was put to the three-man panel, that Barry had simply made the four changes, the referee spoke of the incident stating that he hadn't noted down Barry's first three substitution's before allowing the Dragons to make their fourth change but that his assistant had recorded the first three.
It was then the turn of Barry's representative who had nothing to add.
After hearing each side of the story the panel indicated that both clubs would receive written confirmation from Welsh League secretary Ken Tucker, who is currently out of the country, of the league's decision within seven days.
As soon as a decision is made you will be able to read about here on the Official Garden Village web-site.
