Chris Sainty put Rovers ahead with a penalty and he touched down for a try soon afterwards to put Rovers on their way but the Whites were given a shock from the restart kick when Adam Morrison crossed, lock Dan Tucker converting.
Sainty added further penalties on 19 and 26 minutes to extend the lead before the Friaragemen hit a purple patch with an Andrew Foreman hat trick in only six minutes. The scrum half finished off a pack drive and when Stuart Palmer broke up the right flank there seemed little danger but Andrew received to streak home from 40 metres and he got his third try after good approach play in midfield, Sainty adding two conversions.
The second half was only two minutes old when the former Mowden Park man was on hand to race upfield from half way after drives by Michael Taylor and Jonny Cushlow. Rovers then conceded a try when Edward Dufrois made the line although the cover defence was poor.
Sainty kicked another penalty after 53 minutes and he then combined with Mark Shires, on for Andrew Lilley, to put Phil Hall in from the home 22 adding the conversion for good measure.
Andrew Foreman then turned provider for his younger brother when he drew the cover tackle before releasing the supporting Gareth but Rovers then leaked another score against the run of play when Chris Morris powered over from a tap penalty, Dan Tucker converting.
All three Foremans had a hand in the next try when Andrew broke, Brian taking play on until his path was blocked and he then passed back to Andrew who put Gareth in to complete his brace. The Rovers’ back row had again been in excellent form and Stewart Grazier and Stuart Palmer aided by Andrew Foreman put Taylor in for the final score, Sainty converting.
