Wallis Starts at 10

Wallis Starts at 10
Philip Wallis
Phillip Wallis makes his full debut at No 10 against Middlesbrough [kick off 3.00!!] with the unlucky Darren Thomas the man to stand down. With Mark Thompson returning in the backs, debut boy Steve Black on one wing, and Panda on the other it looks like an interesting line up.

Its hard lines on Darren Thomas who'll play wherever he's asked but has relished the chance to play at half back. He'll be on the bench.

Davy Tighe has been making more than a decent fist of standing in at fly half but reverts back to his traditional role, and comes against one of the best scrum halves in the league in Peter Wright.

Young Wallis has been knocking on the door all season, and might have got his chance earlier if he had been able to train more often. He's a talented footballer and solid kicker and now he gets his chance.
