Bradford and Bingley Preview
Former skipper Danny Boatman has come out of "retirement" to help out with the injury and unvailability problems. He'll be at Number 8 in the side which travels to Bingley to take on the Bees who are just one point above us in the bottom half of the table ..

Liam Checksfield is also back in a West shirt returns after going without a game for four weeks on his "transfer" to Northumbria University and the Falcons. He'll be at full back.

Their return is very welcome as the coaches continue to have selection nightmares for both the Firsts and the Stags. This week Andy Turner will be missing as he's at Eldon Myers' wedding (congrats to the middle Myers), while Andrew Rollins is away with both Adam Coates and Scott Butcher having work commitments. Liam Bailey is also unable to travel after earning the Man of the Match award on his return to action againt Penrith

There's also a doubt over Gav Painter who has a nasty swollen eye - let's hope the ice works in time.

On the plus side Alex Key is available after missing last week and so is Peter Youll who put in a rare "unavailable" card last week as we couldn't extricate him from Center Parcs. Jake Linighan has recovered from illness and comes straight back into the second row alongside John Bunter.

In the back row  Jordan Baggs comes in after a Man of the Match show for the Stags last week and Jay Corbett steps up from the bench. Together with Danny Boatman they'll make up yet another back row combination albeit  a strong one.

They'll take on a Bees side which has had similar problems with 41 year old Benji Pickin (almost a good name) on the bench at Alnwick as front row cover. It was his first team debut which eclipses Craig Hadwen's own debut a couple of weeks ago at the the tender age of 35..

Since then they've picked up a few decent rugby league players who are impressing on their first foray into Union and had a good win at Northern last week.

West: Liam Checksfield, CeeJay Beales, Will Hilditch, Peter Youll, Matt Siddle, Gavin Painter, Ryan Painter (capt), Alex Key, Jordan Foulds, Craig Hadwen, John Bunter, Jake Linighan, Jay Corbett, Jordan Baggs, Dan Boatman.

Bees: Adam Sutcliffe, James Morton, Dennis Tuffour, Inoke Finau, Hafiz Karim, Dan Jeffrey, Ben Greaves, Michael Crotch, Sam White, Ryan Wederell, Harry Jeffrey, Troy Frisch, Will Broadbent, Louis Fraser, Tom Cummins.
