First up is Dinnington – a club fighting its own battle with points needed to keep ahead of Durham City in the battle to avoid relegation.
While we were suffering an agonising defeat to leaders Pocklington last week "Dinno" suffered a similar fate - losing in the dying seconds at in-form Percy Park by 40 points to 38.
However, they did come back down the A1 with two points and, as a result, are now six points clear of third bottom City - with the prospect of winless Wheatley Hills their last visitors of the season in two weeks time.
A trip to Dinnington is always a tough one and we need to pick ourselves up after the tremendous battle against the odds last week. We didn't make things easy for ourselves with the penalty count, or the red and yellow cards, and calm heads will be needed in the last two games.
Once again we will have to make changes with a number away including Man of the Match Rob Thorn, who made two of the tries on the day. Lee Maddison is injured while Aaron Myers is working away and Ryan Painter suspended following his sending off.
There's also a few knocks to be taken into consideration so a squad of 20 has been named..
However, there’s hope that No 8 Sam Miller and centre Greg Edwards will be fit after injuries against Alnwick last month.
West squad: Zac Southern, Luke Mallinson, Joe Willis, Liam Checksfield, Peter Youll, Will Hilditch, Gavin Painter, Matt Siddle, Anth Carr, Ross Wood, Andrew Rollins, Adam Coates, Alex Key, John Bunter, Joe Rafferty, Carl Miller, Adam Brown, Dan Boatman (capt), Jake Linighan, Jay Corbett.
