Two yellows of course, equal one red and so Danny is suspended by the club pending his hearing. Chris Atkins is now fit again to take over in the back row.
Stu Waites will also be missing after dislocating his shoulder at McCracken Park. He's had the usual medical investigations, and the good news is that shoulder can be allowed to repair of its own accord and he should be back in a few weeks.
Stu was one of the better West players on show last week in an unaccustomed centre berth. He was standing in for Peter Youll, who was on holiday, but he is back to partner Liam Bailey. Scott Butcher also returns on the wing with Zac Southern taking over the kicking duties.
The other change is in the front row where Adam Coates is fit again to takeover form the unavailable Jack Angus.
The versatile Andy Foreman will provide the backs cover with Ross Wood the front row replacement, and Jordan Baggs stepping up from the Stags after some dynamic performances in recent weeks.
Horden arrive on the back of a torrid start to the season. They haven't managed a league point yet and have conceded a lot of tries as they too have been beset by injuries.
They will include three former Westies in their line-up with Luke Watson, Craig Gilmour and David Heckles all starting. The latter has been the Welfare's most potent threat this season and is a dynamic runner from deep. They'll also have the experienced Andrew Turner running the show from fly half and partnering former Rovers scrum half Taz Pelser who has also made a good start to the season.
It's a game where both sides are desperate for the points - even more than the local bragging rights. Let's hope come the end of the season both clubs manage to move up the league.
