Only Mowden Park stood out, but unless someone emerges as a big spender during the summer, it doesn't look like there will be another runaway winner next season.
Rossendale lost out to a very strong Dudley Kingswinford side in the play-offs, so will be one of the favourites along with Chester who continue to hover eagerly at the door of National Two.
Harrogate and Kendal are coming down, and will doubtless want to go straight back up.
Weknow more about our ffiendfs from Billingham and Percy Park who will, thankfully, help reduce the mileage next season - and provide some "derby" revenue.
Billingham have backs who can win any game - given half decent possession - while Park are always competitive specially at home.
Sandback are also promoted from North One West. However, we currently have 15 teams for a 14 strong league, and unless someone volunteers, this map clearly shows why they are favourites to be level transferred to the Midlands league.
So this is the likely make up of N3N :
Billingham
Birkenhead Park
Bradford & Bingley
Burnage
Chester
Harrogate
Kendal
Lymm
Penrith
Percy Park
Rossendale
Sandal
Waterloo
West
