Certainly they'll be looking to start where they left off last week. Despite being down to 14 men West had much the better of things in the final hour of the game and only a few wild passes - forgivable in the pressure cooker atmosphere at Bower Park - stopped us scoring a couple of additional tries.
We were eventually undone by a slow start and Anth Carr will be urging his troops to get off the starting blocks against Pontefract. <
The pack which ended up shoving Aspatria all over bower Park in the second half resumes at Brinkburn but there are enforced changes in the backs. Andree Hare limped off last week and is replaced by a fit again Colin Cheslin.Twin Andrew came on as replacement last week but starts at outside centre - a notable day for the Cheslin family.
Darren Thomas will be on a strong looking bench alongside Paul Rudd and Jon Norris.
Ponte are comfortable in sixth place and are well marshalled by veteran Bristol man Derek Eves who will be at 8. They have won three away games and will be looking to take advantage of any West hangover.

i would have thought it would be worth putting thorn in the centre and ches (A) on the wing. we need to get the ball into thorn's hands regularly with a bit of room to work with

I must admit that I think Rob Thorn would be better in the centre.
We don't always get enough (quality) ball to him.
On the other hand, I have heard very good reports of Andy Cheslin, so we will see.
Good luck for tomorrow.

Good Luck Any mate. I agree he probably does have the best hands out of the centers in the squad and he is in a great run of form at the minute so won't let anyone down.
Good luck Ches
