Boatman Returns

Jonny Boatman has been given the all clear and will be in the squad which travels to Manchester on Saturday. The dynamic back row was thought to have broken his jaw in the top of the table clash against Aspatria. >

It kept him out of the dour encounter with York, but an X-ray this week has revealed there isn't a fracture and he was able to train last night.

With Chocky Davies likely to be out with an ankle injury, and Anth Carr on a sojourn with Henry Tones, Jonny's return will provide some experience to the pack.

Both Paul Rudd and Jon Norris impressed on their their returns to first team duty last week as did Phil Henderson who marked his return with the first try.
