Posted by: Junior Fixture Sec
Date: 23/02/2011 20:23
Can anyone attend this meeting please. It will decide the mini/midi fixtures for next season so if we can attend we get to have an input to the fixtures and hopefully get some more home ones for the kids! The following is the covering letter which has come from the society:

Ladies and Gents

I have just had comfimation that the Meeting of our section can go
ahead in the Ditchburn Room at Sunderland RFC at 715 for a 730 start

See below Provisional Agenda

Appologies
Minutes
Matters Arising
Discussion Points
2011-12 fixtures
County Cups update
Shaping the Game
Registration Cards
Mini Midi Ref Course
AOB

Anything else can be covered in AOB Look forward to seeing you there

If anyone can help, please let me know, as I will be unavailable myself, and need to let them know if we can attend. I suppose, the more who go, the bigger our say will be with the fixtures!

Tim
