We have the honour of hosting Hartlepool's very first Hash House run this Saturday- called the Monkey Hanger Hash run.
It's being organised by John Ludbrook who now lives in Munich, but comes home to visit his mum every now and then. Heâ€™s asked to stage the run from West next Saturday afternoon and is expecting a few Hash House regulars from as far away as Aberdeen.
By all accounts the runners have to follow a trail which he marks out by putting down dollops of flour. It's all followed by a few drinks and a bbq and all are welcome. Costs a tenner but there's tee shirts, a drink and food.
