The Parkinson's - Keith and Lorraine have brought another 2 beers for the raffle.

Many thanks for nos.
105 Staffordshire Brewery Old Farts 4.8%
106 Staffordshire Brewery Lazy Cow 4.5%

All bottles are currently residing in small function room awaiting some presentational gubbings to show them off.

A £1 winning ticket means less than 1p a bottle!

Due to further donations we now have 113 different bottles of ale for our major prize winner plus a mixed bag for a 'booby' prize of at least 15 bottles of ales, lagers for runner-up.

Thanks as always to donors for their kind gifts:

Craig Hadwen (aka Abra Kadabra of dubious Facebook fame)

Oakham Ales Citra 4.6%
Ringwood Brewery Red Boar 3.9% and Mauler Pale Ale 3.9%
Greene King Grubber Golden Ale 4.2%
Steam Box Brewery Tunnel Vision 4.2%
Sadler's Mud City Stout 6%

and Paul Graham (ex-BBOB lad) and Cameron's Visitor Centre for

113 Cameron's Brewery Sleeping Brew Tea a Pale Ale infused with Sleeping Beauty Green Tea and a hint of Raspberry and Rose at 4.4%

The back of the small function room bar is creaking under the weight of all the bottles!

The Beer Bottle Raffle Draw took place just before midnight yesterday and the lucky winner of 100+ bottles was Joe Aird, runner-up prize went to Mr S Harper of Houghton - 20 bottles.

Many thanks to those who bought tickets and to the crew selling them before the beerfest and on the day: U15s Girls Team, Pauline Reeves, Shirley Wilkinson and Kath Young - 3 inebriated females meant I could sit with my 1 pint tankard and fold tickets with (bar person) Sophie's mum, Lisa.
