And thanks to Dave Picken for being sponsor of the meat draw again - delicacies this time round were: a fresh chicken, Cumberland sausage ring, 2 large pork chops, 2 large lamb chops plus a beef truffle, beef wellington and beef Bolognese pinwheel

You have to be in it to win it folks and thanks to everyone who purchases raffle tickets and lottery number

With the Lions Tour over the summer we will look to keep both competitions going for you

Elmo - that's a good point, well made about the Lions Tests etc...I believe the 3 Tests are scheduled for 08:00(GMT) KO's so let's get the Club open and have some Guinness/Full English Breakfasts rustled up please Sir - The Sun will be well over The Yardarm by 08:00.

Great night in The Club last night by the way - Thanks mate O:-)

Janis and Rita are daft enough ----- erm I mean being good enough to do brekkies. Alcohol consumption will have to be discussed at a level above my pay grade LP

I am pretty sure that there is still a very old local by law that allows an extension to Licensing Hours should one be in the business of operating an Open Market from a Stall or Stalls so all we need to do is put out a few tables and get our Allotment owner member cohort to bring down a few onions and taties etc and off we go .... The onions would go well with the Brekkies actually. The Guinness would provide a good source of Iron and ensure the whole thing was healthy & balanced.

Gan canny Bonny lad !
