I agree we were well beaten, from the outset they looked up for it, our body language wasn't good. We seemed to lack urgency throughout. I know it's easy me saying that watching from the touchline but we needed 15 leaders on the park yesterday and sadly that didn't happen.
As DP says it's going to be an uphill battle to get promotion but one we are capable of if everyone is willing to go the extra mile and put a shift in (that includes during training as well).
C'mon guys this can be done!!!!

It was El Pedro who did this weeks excellent report -many thanks Pete.
Looks like Sam has an ankle ligament injury while Greg got some nasty facial wounds including a slit eyelid which couldn't be stitched.
Speedy recovery to both. Good job Greg's wedding isn't until July..

We will have to get back to our early season sharpness if we are to finish stronlgly.
Alnwick gave us a lesson in working hard in defence, being patient and not trying to be too clever with the ball.
