Maybe West will learn that most of their points will come from penalties this year- perhaps they should find someone who can kick goals

Fair report.
The game was played in a very good spirit which was a credit to both sides.
We found out last season that everything is just a bit quicker and unforgiving ain this league so you will have to adapt. Good luck.

It was never going to be easy moving into a higher league and having to field a team which hadn't played together before.
Sounds like they gave a decent account of themselves and now we need to put the work in in training
